Shipping Carriers We ship with FedEx and USPS. Calculating Shipping Charges The shipping charges are calculated based on a number of different things such as: The weight, size and number of products that you have purchased The shipping option you select-i.e. ground, 2nd day, express, etc. Your zip code The zip code of the warehouse the products ship from Our main warehouse is in Texas , but we also ship from other locations. If you need a product shipped by a certain date, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you and your timeframe. Ordering and Shipping Times: • Orders will be processed and shipped in 1 – 3 business days. • Orders containing personalized items will ship within 3-5 business days after order is placed and order will be held and shipped complete. • Please see maps below for estimated shipping times: • FedEx Shipping Map • Our goal is to get the products out to you and your customers as fast as possible, so we will change the shipping option if it means that we can get the product to you faster-unless of coarse you give specific instructions not to do so. We reserve the right to change carriers at our discretion. • Orders submitted with the wrong billing information will need verification and therefore will be delayed and the above shipping policies will not apply. • We ask that you please submit the billing information exactly as stated on your credit card statement and your shipping information exactly to the location you want products shipped to. If the shipping address is incorrect, there will be a $10.00 address change fee to change it if the package is already en route. This is only able if the product is still en route to the original address and has not yet tired to be delivered. Please contact us as soon as you realize the mistake, again the shipping policies/times will not apply if this happens. • Contract Shipping Agreement is only an option if you have submitted and receive written confirmation that you have been approved, please see your sales representative if you any questions. There is a $1.50 fee that is non-refundable when you select this option, and will be attached to ANY order that has chosen this as their shipping option. Insurance FedEx automatically insures all packages up to $100. Order Refusal and Discrepancies If an order is refused, shipping charges (both ways) are non refundable and a 15% restocking fee will apply. If an order has shortages, damages, or any other discrepancies, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt. APO/FPO Addresses: We are proud of those who serve in our Armed Forces and are more than happy to accommodate APO/FPO addresses; they will be shipped by U.S.P.S. Priority only. International/Canadian Orders: We do realize that not all countries are available to ship to on the website, this is because of the high fraudulent orders we have received over the years. If the country you are looking for is not listed please email us a “Country Request” and we will get back with you within 48 hours. All international postage, once shipped out, is non-refundable. All products that are shipped international whether those are lost, stolen, and undeliverable, etc are non-refundable. Domestic USPS Priority & First Class Mail ** THESE SERVICES DO NOT OFFER A DELIVERY SERVICE GUARANTEED AVAILABLE DATE. ** That means we do not have an estimated time of delivery. We will ship them using delivery confirmation, which will give you limited amount of tracking. We do not offer, at this time, a signature confirmation request. If you need this service, we offer it through FedEx, please contact us if you need this specific option. We DO NOT offer insurance at this time. If you choose to ship using this method, you are responsible for any packages lost, stolen, damaged, etc. We will take no responsibility for the package after it has shipped from our warehouse. 1 st Class mail is only available for packages weighing 16 oz or less. No exceptions! We do not offer Express services at this time through U.S.P.S. U.S.P.S. does not have the ability to change the address once it has been shipped.
